Sugarcane ROC 16 with a CSS index of 13-15% and a minimum Brix of 20 was selected to produce fresh dried sugarcane juice. Sugarcane is sorted and washed through an ozone washing system to disinfect.

Sugarcane ROC 16 is put into an industrial press to squeeze out all the water inside the sugarcane.

Freezing
Sugarcane juice is deeply frozen at -45 degrees Celsius before being put into the freeze-drying machine. Dried cane juice is produced from sugarcane juice after freezing, helping to ensure the same quality as fresh sugarcane juice.
