Pineapple

There are many pineapple varieties which are grown and harvested in Vietnam, such as: ND2, Queen, Cayene and some other local ones. They will be harvested and delivered to the factory fastly.

Pineapples are grown and harvested in many provinces in Vietnam

Sort

They are sorted to remove the rotten pineapples and put the good ones in the production line.

Wash

Pineapples will be wash with clorine to ensure microbiology before peeling. After that, they will be removed all skins and buds before being cut into the requested forms.

Frozen

Pineapple sticks will be frozen at -35 degrees Celcius before packing
