• Peeled nodes, cut into 35-40cm 
• Packing: 2kg for size of 40cm or 2.5kg for size of 35cm, vacuum
• Frozen: -28 degrees Celcius
• Preserved: -18 degrees Celcius
• EXP: 24 months
