We are exporting from two types: ROC 16 and SU 32 sugarcane today. The raw sugarcanes have been being harvested from Soc Trang and Hau Giang, Vietnam. Our farm with the capacity up to 2000 tons per year, we can meet the capacity up to 1000-1200 tons per year.

Frozen sugarcane
Sugarcanes are peeled to remove buds and cut into 40-50cm with nodes or without nodes and then packed in 10ks, 15kgs or 20kgs. Then they will be frozen at -30 degrees Celcius and kept at -18 degrees Celcius. Expiry date is 24 months

Frozen sugarcane juice
Sugarcanes are peeled and squeezed by cane machine to collect sugarcane juice thoroughly. Then they will be packed in PA/PE bags of 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 5kg or bottles of 330ml, 350ml, 500ml, 1000ml. Then they will be frozen at -30 degrees Celcius and kept at -18 degrees Celcius. Expiry date is 24 months

Fresh sugarcane
Sugarcanes are peeled to remove buds and cut into 40-50cm with nodes or without nodes and then packed in 10ks, 15kgs or 20kgs. Then they will be kept at 4-7 degrees Celcius. Expiry date is 20 days.

When are the sugarcanes harvested in a year?
The best time to harvest the sugarcanes is from 8th to 10th month after being grown. If they are harvested soon, the sweetness will be lower, the juice quickly changes color and you will have to remove a lot.
Otherwises, if the sugarcanes are harvested and produced after 10th month, they will be able to bloom and the sweetness will also be reduced. Besides, the juice will have dark yellow color and the aroma is not good.
How are they peeled skins?
All sugarcane trees after being harvested and trucked the factory will be classified and peeled by machines. They will be peeled thoroughly so as to remove skins and buds on surface.
Moreover, we also can adjust and change knifes for complete or partial peeling as customer's request.
How are exported sugarcane sticks cleaned?
To clean dirties on surface, sugarcane sticks should be washed by water and then dried by fans. However, they will be able to be absorbed inside and cause to reduce the sweetness and aroma.
Tan Gia Thanh factory has been applying technition of dried cleaning with ozone system. The exported sugarcane sticks will be cleaned bacterias and dirties on surface.
