Quality standards of frozen whole cassava

Cassava will be grown and harvested in Long An province; after that they will be put in a closed line to meet standards of food safety and hygiene. Some quality standards of frozen whole cassava for export:

• Peeled and cut into 10-15cm or from customer's request
• Washed and vacuumed
• Frozen at -30 degrees Celcius
• Kept at -18 degrees Celcius
• EXP: 24 months from the manufacturing date
