Cassava will be grown and harvested in Long An province; after that they will be put in a closed line to meet standards of food safety and hygiene. Some quality standards of frozen grated cassava for export:

• Peeled, removed the fibre and grated
• Packed as customer's request
• Frozen at -30 degrees Celcius
• Kept at -18 degrees Celcius
• EXP: 24 months from the manufacturing date
